I found a penny on the floor among other things. Floors are dirty and carpet not vacuumed when we arrived. The wait to check in was ludicrous - not enough staff on for peak check in time. And definitely don't use the casino unless you have an oxygen tank or filter mask or both. So if you're super sensitive to smoke or have asthma etc, seriously don't book this hotel as this reeking smoke is unavoidable. But I honestly think the ventilation could be better.
I get it, it's Vegas where smoking and drinking is rife. If you're a non-smoker, this is not only nauseating but makes your clothes, hair and skin reek after a short while. It smells like a wildfire, so when you walk in it is like walking in to an ashtray. One star for the location but that's about it.
Are people that masochistic? Or simply have no discernment? The owner only gives a canned response to the five star reviews and ignores all criticism, obviously as a means to bump positives up the review list, which should be your first clue. Can't believe there are so many five star reviews for this joint.
